"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create."

Albert Einstein

Welcome ladies and gentlemen, for the show has begun. Now, let the curtains rise and fall!

The very imagination I posses extends farther than the ocean floor, for it is vast, deep, and unknown like myself. I am known as the Weaver of Dreams, a Dreamer, an idealist... A man of intelligence or a man of stupidity. A child, a father-figure, or a friend to others, to some an enemy or a stranger. However, at times I'm a man of action (Serious) or a man of words (Wisdom/Knowledge), for both are deadly tools in my possession.

I'm a man of standards, honor, and pride. I am reliable and trust-worthy, if I fail, I try my best to return the favor even if it costs me time or death. I'll take a bullet or hit for those I know without hesitation and if the person is injured or harmed, may God have mercy on the poor soul who dealt the injury, for I am not one to standby and let those I know be hurt in front of my eyes.

I am negative; however, the negtivity is form from realism. Nonetheless, it doesn't prevent me to be an idealist and give up on what I believe in or determined to accomplish, for I said before, "I am a man of action." I will not rest and let the Sands of Time crumble or fade into the darkness 'til the accomplsiments, goals, ambitions, and hopes become reality!

My vegan friend said she didn't like it. I'm assuming that's why.

And the original version of it: Oompa Loopa Missing

Day by day
I've been told,
"Get a job!"
"Get a life!"
"Get a girl!"
"Have a wife!"
"Are you gay?"
"Are you scared?"
"He's a virgin, did you know?"
Such deafening tones.
Such arrogance!
Their laughter.
Their shout.
*Sigh*
But I digress.
Twenty years since then, now, forty-three.
I grow weary of these things.
Sitting.
Lingering.
Finding myself in bland attire.
Asking, "How I've been?"
Their scowled faces,
Rewarded in sneer.
I then smile.
I then grin.
Stating, "How it’s been?"
"I had a job."
"I had a life."
"I had a girl."
"I had a wife."
"Am I gay?"
"Am I scared?"
"Am I virgin?"
"You should know."
I tell them in mocking tone.
"Once I'm out."
“You are next.”
“Just perfect for my set.”
A chuckle or two,
If I recall,
Eluded these very lips.
"Your time is up,"
They told me.
Disdained.
Displeased.
“Escort this - filth - back to his cell.”
Tuned to the maniacal rehearse.
The men in blue converse.
Recalling the abattoir.
My muse.
My sin.
Nothing more than a confession to them.
The atelier walls,
Alla prima red.
My work,
Draped in order:
Head.
Torso.
Arms.
Legs.
With the exception of their skin.
Sown elegantly,
Fitting my taste.
Endless columns.
Endless rows.
Mannequins did I horde.
Creating characters with artistic design!
Ah.
Tres bien!
But then,
"Vincent A. Oneill."
"You sick twisted fuck."
It haunted me.
Gnawing vigorously on one’s soul
Like parasites feasting on a useless corpse.
Then,
It dawned on me.
“Hypocrites!”
“Egotistic pigs!”
The psyche,
Bellowed
And rebelled.
“Sound the alar-“
Red wine gurgled
As one tempted to shout.
Chaos and distraught.
The men in blue
Heard my tune,
“I’m coming for you.”
A memory burnt vividly,
One - even I - have not forgot.
Their facial expression,
Priceless,
Among the many collections
I seized
In seclusion.
Get a Job! Get a life!
I'm pretty sure some people can relate to what I'm trying to point at when you get tired of someone's constant stupidity. In my case, I decided to vent it out in a poetic story and try to do something scary while you guess what happens.

The concluding eternal struggle scorched thousands and in its wake, the Schism, a catastrophic transition; the deterioration of seishin enerugi, sealing their internal strife.

Years glided and still the plague lingered, generation after generation inherited the sanguine history, for
"...those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it."

Since then, the elder generations have kept their nations from conflict and yet, peace was never achieved. The persistent, irrational fear caused the people to disregard their beliefs and conviction of Shinobido. Thus, transcending a new ideology. A new lifestyle, Bushido. But it was not long before conflicts arose. Countless conservative believers of Shinobido declined the ideology. Those who refused to convert or abandon Shinobido were compensated with cold steel. Those who survived the aftermath, fled to the countryside and the lifestyle of Shinobido was forever abolished.

Amidst the two centuries, inevitable hostility conceived the Sengoku era, and the once fabled shinobi emerged, leading demands for those willing to commit deeds considered not respectable for conventional warriors.

Ascending the turmoil bore LOST, Limitation Of Shinobi Treaty. Signed by the founders of Shokugakure and Kakougakure, reducing shinobi training. The treaty shackled the devastating bloodshed of the past, but it did little to avert skirmishes.

Thirty years did the treaty last before the repercussion administered foul play. News of the founders death swept the nation and newly elected village leaders urgently converged in Horizon Country, effortlessly debating and revising LOST.

Passing days flourished LOST II, effectively forbidding all organized conflict by both parties. Though, it is per-maturely to say with certainty, but
"...let us not be deceived: we are today in the midst of a cold war."
Narrative Short Story
Seishin Enerugi is Spiritual Energy.
Shinobido is Way of the Ninja.
Bushido is Way of the Warrior.
Shokugakure, Village Hidden in the Eclipse, and Kakougakure, Village Hidden in the Meteor, are two main villages in Nindao.
Shinobi is a Ninja.
Sengoku Era, Warring States period, is a historical event of countless battles, social and political uprising.

Side Notes: It took about ten drafts, a total of three hours, before I finished the one you see before you and I hope those who stop by are just as pleased. If you want a simple version, go here: L.D More Naru-verse~

If it peeked your interest, follow the link to this journal: Nindao.

And kudos to those who made the two quotes, you took the words out of my mouth. I can't give proper credit for the quotes since the internet, at times, has unreliable sources.

The story itself is just a background story for the character in a website that we're working on; a RP Naruto site, though it takes places 100yrs before Naruto and in a different continent.

Hehe... You're welcome. Although, the character I created is more or less in the line of Naruto Realm; however, not being subdued in the area of being a Mary Sue, lucky. Anyway, the character I've made for myself is over three centuries old. How is that possible? Well... that's a secret. It is a story I am working on for my character; however, anyone who participates are main characters, beautiful is it not? That is the major difference between Naruto and the world we occupy, but in the world of old are samurai, shogun, legends & folklore, ninja, etc.

Although, the hook-line and sinker for role-players are the world itself, as well as yours truly (a.k.a the characters story). Interesting, yes? ;3

I realized that one of my favourite OCs misses some more obvious flaws when writing this tutorial too. :XD:
It is great that you take a step back and try to improve though. :)
I'm glad you find it helpfull. :aww:

I'd should be thanking you for the informative journal. It'll provide me a bit more information on how to create a balanced character. Why? I'm trying to see if he has anything cliche or something that I might have missed during his creation.
